Booking & Cancellation Information

Booking and payment

  • A 50% deposit secures the confirmed yacht and date.
  • The balance is required before departure.
  • Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
  • Card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee.
  • Your quote and booking confirmation contain the final route, inclusions and payment details.

Cancellation summary

  • Cancellations seven or more days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
  • Ask the team to confirm the applicable charge for any other cancellation window before paying the deposit.
  • Optional services arranged through third parties may have separate cancellation conditions.

Weather and marine conditions

  • The Port Authority and captain determine whether conditions allow the charter to proceed.
  • If the Port Authority prevents departure because of weather, rescheduling is offered.
  • Light rain alone does not automatically cancel a charter.
  • Conditions are assessed close to departure and routes may be adjusted for safety.

Before departure

  • Provide the correct guest count, including children, before the charter.
  • Tell the team about mobility, swimming or dietary requirements in advance.
  • Arrive at the confirmed meeting point and time at Serangan Harbour.
  • Follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions throughout the charter.
