Booking & Cancellation Information

Booking and payment
- A 50% deposit secures the confirmed yacht and date.
- The balance is required before departure.
- Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- Card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee.
- Your quote and booking confirmation contain the final route, inclusions and payment details.
Cancellation summary
- Cancellations seven or more days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
- Ask the team to confirm the applicable charge for any other cancellation window before paying the deposit.
- Optional services arranged through third parties may have separate cancellation conditions.
Weather and marine conditions
- The Port Authority and captain determine whether conditions allow the charter to proceed.
- If the Port Authority prevents departure because of weather, rescheduling is offered.
- Light rain alone does not automatically cancel a charter.
- Conditions are assessed close to departure and routes may be adjusted for safety.
Before departure
- Provide the correct guest count, including children, before the charter.
- Tell the team about mobility, swimming or dietary requirements in advance.
- Arrive at the confirmed meeting point and time at Serangan Harbour.
- Follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions throughout the charter.
