1How do I go about chartering a yacht ?
You may choose to complete and submit your charter enquiry via the ‘Booking Form’ on our website. Alternatively, please email [email protected] or text/call by whatsapp +62 813 3817 0403. Our team will be glad to assist with your enquiries or requests.
2What Are The Payment Terms?
Full payment is required for confirmation of any charters or F&B orders, we accept payment via Online bank transfer, Credit/ Debit Card and please click “Payment Police”.
3What are the boarding procedures on the day of charter?
Once the charter has been confirmed, necessary documents completed and full payment made, our team will issue a sales order & Itinerary to you. The Letter will include the full information required for embarkation including the designated meeting point. Meeting point will be at Serangan Harbour.
4What Should I Bring For The Yacht Charter?
Wear easily removable footwear (our yachts have a strict no-shoes onboard policy). We also do recommend bringing your own sunscreen, sunglasses and hat for Day time charters.
5What Activities And Equipment Are Available Onboard?
The Activity you can do for Full day trip is Island tour by car, Snorkeling and Fun Fishing, yacht provide fishing tools, Snorkeling gears, life jacket, lifebuoy or Please check with our team for the availability or quantity of equipment.
6Live Cooking is allowed?
Cooking is not allowed on the yacht.
7Are outside Food and Beverages allowed?
We highly recommend ordering your food and drinks with us as we will send the food and drinks, with the full set of necessary cutlery, to the yacht one hours before your departure.
8What Happens If It Rains On The Day Of Charter?
In the case of light rain, the charter will still proceed as per arranged. However, in a case of heavy rain or if the Skipper advises otherwise, you may postpone your charter to another available date. This will be assessed one hours before your departure.
9What Route Will The Yacht Take During The Charter?
For Full Day Trip to Lembongan or Penida or Gili cruising destination will be start from Serangan Harbour cruising to Lembongan or Penida or to Gili as your choose the location trip, Sunset Cruise will be start from Serangan Harbour cruising to Nusa dua area and requests for other cruising destinations discretion and fuel surcharges will apply.

11Can you arrange decorations the yacht ?
